Is there an affiliate link somewhere for Canadian AO'ers, going to Amazon.ca? I thought there was one before, and now I can't find it. But maybe I'm imagining things, it wouldn't be the first time.

I really feel sure there used to be an affiliate link for amazon.ca...does anyone know where it has gone?
