The ones that are left out are chapters 60-62 covering Dryden and Defoe and chapters 74-76 covering Wordsworth, Coleridge, and Southey. Was this intentional or an oversight? And if these authors were intentionally left out, what was the reason? I'm pretty sure every other chapter in the book is scheduled over the course of years 7-10.
I'd guess an oversight. I'm going to move this to the Typos area because I'll need to look at this when I'm not distracted by the newness of the forum.
