I am having trouble with the Y7 36 week schedule. Using Chrome with Windows 10 (and a VPN) the PDF will open, but neither the .doc or .odt opens or downloads - the screen blinks and nothing else happens.
However, I tried with Microsoft Edge and the .doc and .odt files downloaded and I was able to open them both in Word.

I'm using chrome on windows pc and Office 360 able to download & open files.

Also, try right-clicking the link to bring up a menu and then tell it to save. Does that work?
