In the basic schedule for Y1, the book listed is only Nesbit & the word "by" is missing a space before it.
Beautiful Stories from Shakespeareby Edith Nesbit β Δ ($) Ω Κ
In the detailed schedule it lists both Nesbit & Lamb.
Beautiful Stories from Shakespeareby Edith Nesbit β Δ ($) Ω Κ OR Tales from Shakespeare, by Charles Lamb β Δ ($ K) Κ Ω
Not sure whether this is intentional or accidental, thanks!

Intentional. The basic schedule gives no choices to make it simpler on parents. Detailed gives options, where they exist.

Would that mean that the Nesbit is a better choice than the Lambs, then?

Not really. You can find threads here on the forum with different perspectives. Some families prefer Nesbit, some Lambs. Nesbit is simpler, so that may be why it's on the Basic booklist.
