Oct. 18th, Mrs. Boole will lecture on the "Relation of Teacher to Pupil in Science," at 4.30. at 14, Nottingham Place (by kind permission of the Misses Webb). Miss H. Webb, M.B., in the chair. Tea and Coffee.--November 20th, Miss A. A. Evans (public lecturer on Art in Florence) will lecture on "St. Francis of Assisi: the Man and the Saint," with lantern illustrations, at five o'clock, at 2, Orme Court (by kind permission of Mrs. Herbert Cohen). Mrs. Howard Glover in the chair--December 12th, Mrs. Dowson, L.R.C.P. & S.I., will lecture on "Discipline," at 5 p.m., at 86, Westbourne Terrace (by kind permission of Mrs. Hare). Rev. C. Ridgway, M.A., in the chair.--Brush-drawing (Mr. Cooke, jun.), Sloyd and Swedish drill classes, as well as Hockey for children and adults, have been arranged by this branch.
