The Hon. Sec. has been favoured with the following communication: --
March 6th, 1890
DEAR MADAM, Fulham Palace, S.W.
I am desired by the Bishop of London to write and appoint June 3rd, and 3:30 p.m. for the meeting of the Parents' Educational Union in London.
I am, yours faithfully,
WILFRID OGLE, Chaplain

Particulars as to when cards may be obtained, &c, will appear in our next issue.
Many of our London members and friends who are as yet unattached, may like to know of a forthcoming meeting (after Easter) of the Belgravia and Westminster Branch. Lecturer, the Rev. J. E. C. Welldon (Harrow). Cards may be obtained from the Hon. Sec., Lady ISABEL MARGESSON, 63, St. George's Road, S.W.
We are in very great need of a Secretary for the N. W. London Branch. Will any lady or gentleman kindly undertake this most excellent work? (Address, the Hon. Sec., Mornington House, Bradford.)
The Bournemouth Branch has conceived the happy idea of an address to the Shakspeare Club on P.N.E.U. subjects. Shakspeare's "Fathers" should form a suggestive theme.

Communications for the Editor must reach the Publishers by the 14th of the month. The Editor does not undertake to return MSS.
Conclusions to "By the Way," "Notes and Queries," and "Books," on the lines indicated in the February number, are earnestly solicited. Parents are probably hardly aware of the great service they may do to the cause of education by the most commonplace (if careful) records about their children.

NOTICES TO SUBSCRIBERS -- We are grateful for the warm reception already awarded to the "Parent Review," and to our subscribers for the efforts they are making to spread the publication. They will like to know that if each subscriber get twenty more the success of the magazine is secured. Orders should be given to booksellers to supply the "Parents Review" for a year (at the published price). The publishers will supply, free, any number of specimen copies of the February number which the applicants see the way to distribute with advantage. The Editor would be glad to receive (through the publishers) lists of new subscribers, with a view to the work of the P.N.E.U. The issue of the "Nursery Supplement" and of the "Parents' Friend" is postponed.
