Tech Support (Parent and Student Access)/Private Messages?

I am trying to PM regarding things for sale but never get any responses back, so I am wondering if maybe my PMs are not going through. Is there a way I can check this? Do I need to do something to set up sending and receiving PMs?

Julie,
You do need to enable PM's in your User Profile. I am looking at your post and don't see the PM button, so nobody on the Forum can send you one. I see Email and Find but not PM.
If a message you are sending doesn't go through, you'll get a dialogue box saying something like, "This user doesn't have private messaging enabled."
