I think a user is allowed three warnings, or something like that - the level works by percentages. So your first warning would be 20 percent, etc. We're a little unsure how that works because we've only played around with it amongst ourselves, reporting each other for infractions of cheekiness, and so on -- but we haven't had a situation come up where we've had to use it for real, so its use is still a minor mystery to us.
